Hello Edgar, Thank you for taking the time to write this. Hearing that the quality landed exactly as you hoped, especially when you placed the order without seeing the tables in person first, is the best kind of feedback we can get. It sounds like the new setup was a great fit for your association, and we are glad it has worked out so well. If you ever decide to add more seating or need anything down the line, we would be glad to help. Best regards, Peter OUTTANS

The time it took to be delivered was great. The instructions on assembly were clear. The product itself was very good quality.

I received the wrong bench
Response from Outtans· Jun 9, 2026
Hello Jerry, Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the mix-up with your order. You ordered the 4ft bench with backrest, but the version sent out was missing the backrest. As soon as you let us know, we shipped out the correct bench right away (delivered via FedEx) and asked you to keep the original one at no extra cost as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience while we made this right. If there's anything else we can do for you, please don't hesitate to reach out at [email protected]. Best regards, Peter OUTTANS

Benches are good, but one is missing a component and I cannot contact customer service about it, no response from them.

Could you please let us know: • Which component is missing from the bench? Once we have this information, we will ship the missing part to you right away at no cost. Thank you for your patience, and again, our apologies for the trouble. Best regards, Peter OUTTANS
