I sent them a USB flash drive to see if they can repair it because my laptop fell and bent it. I really needed the files off of there and was devastated when I could not access them. I found Outsource Data Recovery online and read the reviews. So I figured give them a try. It took about two weeks for them to recover the files on there but they were able to recover all of them and I downloaded them to my computer. I am very happy with their service, they kept me in the loop every step of the way. It was definitely worth the money spent. Don't ever plan on having that happen again, but if it does, I will be using Outsource Data Recovery again.

Fast service Great !

Although they were able to retrieve some files, there were hundreds of photos that were apparently unrecoverable. The cost to us was over $1,300. My wife was especially unhappy.

I did receive a call from the company telling me they could not work with my drive. I appreciate that they did not try to bill me a large amount when it was likely there would have been no gain.

Great job recovering data that we thought was a total loss. My wife was beyond happy when they were able to recover old family photos that she had spent countless hours scanning on to a portable drive...that the suddenly stopped working.
