Updated review…
Updating Review. I originally gave one star due to shipping. It took 26 days for my Kayak Paddle to arrive which is quite a long time, so there's that. On the Kayak Paddle itself I give it a five star. Exactly what was describe and was looking for. I will say they had great customer service. They answered every time and no bots, You talked to a actual person. Other than the shipping issue which I was told they are trying to rectify I rate Outdoor Play as a 4 Star.

its already 3 weeks since you…
its already 3 weeks since you despatched my order but i have not received it yet. it seems stuck somewhere between Los Angeles airport and Greece(maybe). Tracking system of USPS sucks. Not satisfied. HELP...

The Best.....But
NRS straps have long been considered to best the best cam buckle strap available. I've been using them for 40 plus years. The buckles function as well or better than others. The material used for the strap is the best I know of. The strap length weaved into the material is a great addition....much better than color coding. But here comes the "but". But why NRS reduced the size of the "owner" tag by 90% is beyond me. Bad move. Some of my friends have sticky fingers it seems....a big tag helps. Space for a phone number helps. Additionally I have serious doubts that marking the length of the strap onto the top of the buckle is going to last. They were great. Almost perfect. Now they're not.

The gear had a little bit more wear and…
The gear had a little bit more wear and tear on it than I had hoped but it arrived very well packaged and everything was there - no parts missing.

Thanks for the review! Yes, our USED gear will have some cosmetic marks or abrasions. The bigger the discount, the more likely the mark is visible. It will NEVER affect the safety or warranty of the product, however!
