OsoGrandeKnivesReviews of osograndeknives.com

Doesn't seem like a legit company. I placed my order and received a confirmation via e-mail. Then, no notification of the shipment ever came in. I tried calling and sending e-mails to the sales and customer service, but received no response.

I ordered a knife from them and that’s where it ended. No knife, not responding to emails, but strangely they never charged my card. If they do, I’ve screen shot all transactions to prove to the credit card company that I canceled the order. I wish I had this thread before ordering.

Never buy anything from them, zero communication they have ignored four emails so far and two calls go to voice mail randomly when you are waiting on hold. They don't have a stock on the items listing pages so you will end up waiting for an item that will never come even after you get the "OsoGrandeKnives.com Order Confirmation" email. Just shop around more for a different seller horrible service.

I received my three ordered products in a timely manner. Check your junk mail email folder for the confirmation email, because mine was in the junk mail folder. Good product.

I purchased two “pen” knives. I liked the way they appear online because they look like conventional stick pens. These two pens cost me $47.57. Approximately 4 weeks after my order, I received two sharpened pieces of cheap tubular plastic with a plug on one and and a pen cap on the other. The cap doesn’t even fit on the blunt end of the “knife”. I’m guessing the price of parts and labor was less than $4 per “knife”. I feel duped.

received exactly what i wanted i was pretty skeptical at first when coming across the website considering the knife i wanted was sold out in most places (pink stiletto) i bought it impulsively without doing further research on them and waited about 10 minutes until googling osogrande knives to see the reviews and well.. lets just say i began to overthink and worry if i’d actually receive it after some negative reviews lol, fortunately i did and it was very quick (about a week i’d say, it shipped out a day or two after i ordered)

Got ripped off so i decided to back trace the company. They are not in cali, nor indianna nor idaho they are in fact tactical traps , oso knives, the coble company of ca,bear claw trading post, the guy who is ripping you off is a bill c munson has over 30 corporations filed all are shell businesses. They dont do anything but take your money. Current address is in elk city idaho . He is a 68 year old con man.

Horrible! My son asked for a felling axe for Christmas so he could chop wood. I found the one I wanted on Osogrande and ordered it early December. Since then I have called and left messages more than once with customer service and have gotten nothing back. They are a horrible company who clearly scams their “customers”.
