Hatte versehentlich für ein Produkt ein Abonnement statt einer Einmallieferung bestellt. Meiner Bitte um Stornierung, nachdem die Nachbestellung schon eröffnet und bezahlt war, wurde sofort durch die freundliche und lösungsorientierte Leiterin der Kundenbetreuung entsprochen. So eine Kulanz war nicht zu erwarten und hat mich angenehm überrascht. Osmo hat einen zufriedenen Kunden behalten und zu Recht 5 Sterne verdient.

Very intuitive and easy to maneuver through the ordering process.

The advertisment stated "What's in the box" included the rear camera. Upon checkout it was not listed. After payment, I was given the option to buy the rear camera at $49.99. So the original advertisement was a lie, and I ended up having to pay an additonal $50 in order to get the whole system.
