The reader is so slow and repeats words too much. Especially during a quiz. She reads the question in slow motion and then the answer word by word. Also the videos can be edited to be shorter.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that parts of the course felt slow or repetitive. Our training is authorized by the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB), and we are required to meet specific course time and content standards, which limits how much we can adjust the pacing or edit the videos. That said, we truly value your input and will work to improve the experience wherever possible within those requirements. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and for helping us continue to improve.

Mark was communicative through the entire process, before, during and even after the trainings completion. Signing up was simple and completing the course was straight forward. If we need more OSHA courses I won’t hesitate to contact Mark again. The only feedback I suggest is completing the courses on a lap or desktop over a phone.

Thank you so much for the great review! We’re thrilled to hear that Mark was helpful throughout the entire process and that signing up and completing the course was smooth and straightforward for you. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to him! And thank you for the feedback about using a laptop or desktop—we completely agree. While the course can be done on a phone, a larger screen definitely makes for a better learning experience. We look forward to working with you again whenever you're ready for more OSHA training!

Do you want someone to stole your money? Come and sign in in one course of this "business". $300 dollars stolen!!! For nothing, because they don't use teachers, just computers, and if you fail, you will have to pay again 300 dollars!!! No way!!

Cesar, We’re sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience. We'd like to clarify a few important points regarding the course and our policies. As per OSHA regulations, each learner is given three attempts per quiz. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the course becomes locked and must be repurchased. This policy is in place to ensure that learners are truly engaging with the material, which is critical for safety compliance. After you failed the course the first time, we provided you with a free second course as a courtesy—even though this is not required. Unfortunately, you did not pass the course on the second attempt either. That said, we understand that this can be a tough process, and we want to support you. Please contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to offer you another attempt at no cost. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope we can help you complete your certification successfully.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing support I received in getting set up with the OSHA training school. From start to finish, the process was smooth, efficient, and handled with real professionalism. Every question I had was answered quickly, and I felt completely supported through every step of enrollment. The training itself was top-notch—clear, well-structured, and incredibly valuable. I now feel more confident and informed when it comes to workplace safety, and that’s all thanks to the help I received getting started. If you're considering OSHA training and want a seamless experience with someone who truly knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend connecting with the person who helped me. Their guidance made all the difference!
