Hello PJ, We’re very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We take all feedback seriously, and your comments stood out because this is the first time we’ve received concerns of this nature regarding our 10-Hour SST course. The course has consistently received strong ratings across multiple platforms, and in fact ranks higher than 360Training.com in overall customer satisfaction. We also want to clarify a few important points: • The 10-Hour SST course is structured and timed according to NYC DOB requirements. The total seat time cannot exceed 10 hours, and we do not have the ability—or incentive—to extend it beyond what the DOB mandates. If you experienced significantly longer timing, we would have been happy to look into that for you. • Our support team is available 24/7 by chat, phone, and email. After reviewing our records, we were unable to find any support tickets, calls, or chats under your name or email. We’re always here to assist, and we would have responded immediately had we known you needed help. • Our course layout includes a full outline and module structure. If something did not display correctly or if there were technical issues, our team could have helped resolve that quickly. We truly regret that you did not reach out so we could assist in real time. If you’re open to it, we would appreciate the opportunity to investigate what happened and make things right. Please contact us at 815 846 0348 or [email protected] and we’ll personally review your account and ensure you’re fully taken care of. Thank you for your feedback — we’re always working to improve, and we hope to hear from you soon.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I’m very sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced. This isn’t the experience we want for any of our learners. Our courses are intended to work on Android devices, so the fact that you haven’t been able to access them is definitely not expected. We’d really like to help you get this resolved as quickly as possible. If you can reach out to our support team at [email protected], we can look into your account right away and help you get logged in from your device. We also appreciate your suggestion about developing an app — feedback like yours helps us improve the overall learning experience, and we’ll make sure it’s shared with our development team. Thank you again for taking the time to let us know, and we hope we can get everything working smoothly for you.
