While not the tour guides fault, it was particularly loud on the streets the night that we went and with the loud music pumping out of clubs, car motors, bike bells, people on microphones giving speeches etc, it was hard to hear our guide at times because his volume just wasn't as loud as theirs. I think a Mic pack would benefit the guide to save their voice and enable the guests to hear better. There were some very fascinating stories about downtown Orlando that I had never heard of before! Our guide was very passionate about what he spoke of and got very animated when telling his stories.

We completely understand how the vibrant streets of downtown Orlando can sometimes create unexpected challenges during the tour. Your suggestion about a mic pack is truly valuable and we are actively exploring ways to make sure every guest can hear our guides clearly. Thank you for your thoughtful and honest feedback! We're thrilled you found the stories fascinating and appreciated the passion behind them. Hope to welcome you back for an even better experience next time!
