Orion metal exchange is an excellent and very caring company. From day one they have gone out of their way to reassure me. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to roll over their IRA into metals.

First time buying bullion. I was nervous. Michael was patient, understanding, transparent and polite. I feel confident in my decision to purchase and the coins are beautiful.

I recently funded my self directed IRA with 290 rounds of Silver American Buffalo. The cost was 17.9 per coin. Each coin is 1oz. At the time the purchase was about 2.85 above spot price. I think that was too much.. But what was really disappointing was that I wanted to make a smaller purchase to have the American Buffalo as a sample of my purchase. The guy never called me back. I guess he didn't feel his commission was worth the effort.. I have definitely taken notice.
Response from Orion Metal Exchange· Oct 21, 2019
To better serve you, Orion Metal Exchange tracks every incoming/outgoing email and/or call. In reviewing your account, you initially reached out to Orion Metal Exchange on 6/20/18. Since your initial contact, we have diligently responded to your inquiries (55 times to date). We have discussed why it isn't in your best interest to purchase one silver coin for delivery. The cost to ship and insure one silver coin is $19. We are not willing to sell and deliver a generic one ounce silver coin for $36.50. Although there are other companies that might be willing to do so, it is not cost effective for you. It is not in your best interest. In an effort to offer our clients competitive pricing, we will continue to follow our company policy concerning required minimums. I would also encourage you to review our historical silver chart at orionmetalexchange.com . At the time of your purchase, the spot price of silver was 3.5% higher than you are representing in your review, and you failed to mention the price paid (per coin) also included the cost to insure and ship your coins to the location of your choice. You have received an excellent value and excellent service. Please contact Orion Metal Exchange with any further questions 1-800-559-0088, Thank you
