I ordered a set in April, emailed the company three times, and never received a response or the product. A total scam!

I wonder who put 5 star review, did you guys actually received your order? SCAM I order in beginning of April and no surprise my order has been delivered, when I check on the status of that I get the same template email. Due to covid everything gets delayed but not like almost 3 months delay!!! Unacceptable. I suggest you buy paint by numbers kit on Amazon they have good options there and shipping is fast!

This company is a scam!! I placed an order in April and never heard anything and still haven't received my paint by number product. I have emailed several times, but never heard anything. It's quite unfortunate. Does anyone have additional contact information? I'd like to at least get my money back!

I too am hating this fraudulent company. Ordered in April and its almost July and no package, NO communication or viable shipping numbers to track. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

If I could give them a ZERO I would. Ordered on April 24. Today is June 17 and I haven't received my order. Reached out several times by email for a refund and only received canned responses about how their shipping is delayed. I just want my money back but can't get in touch with anyone. They are complete frauds.

I ordered in February 2020 and I still haven't received even a tracking number. I've had several emails asking for patience because of covid-19 but nowhere else has had a 4 month delivery time! When I click on the "view your order" button on my confirmation email, I get an error page. I requested a refund and have been ignored. I've contacted my credit card company.

ordered in April tried emailing several times no answer eventually turned up in mid June ,canvas creased and several colours missing and replaced with black so I have 3 tubs of black paint with 3 different numbers on them shocking service avoid

Almost 2 months since I ordered from them. Nothing received and only automated replies to my emails. I believe they're fraudulent.
