I thought my pale blue viscose rug was a goner after a potted plant took a tumble. There was dirt and water everywhere, and the stain looked permanent. The team knew exactly how to handle this finicky material. You’d never know my plant had such a dramatic fall. I’m seriously impressed.

I learned the hard way that viscose is ridiculously delicate. I called them in a panic, and they knew exactly how to handle it. The mark is completely gone, and my clumsiness is our little secret.

Experience here was top-notch from start to finish. My old wool rug had moth damage, but Jerry repaired it so seamlessly it’s impossible to tell where. Fast turnaround and excellent communication.

We had a great experience with Jerry. After a urine accident, we needed to get our antique rugs cleaned asap. Jerry was super responsive and came out the next day. Overall, everything looked great, but there was one spot I wanted to get touched up. They responded quickly and came out immediately to touch up the spot. I would definitely recommend!
