After tying out different On-Demand-Delivery portals, we gave Ordering.co a try. Right from the very start, it felt that we’ve found the portal that we’ve been looking for! Everything is so intuitive that you don’t really waste much time in figuring things out. If you do get stuck somewhere, they have a detailed user guide which covers almost every issue that you might have. On top of that they have these videos which you can watch and see exactly how things are done. We, however are very “illiterate” when it comes to setting up things. This is where their marvelous support team helped us. They’re just great! They handle issues very fast and make sure that you can continue to take care of your core business instead of having to troubleshoot the configurations etc. We are a very small company with a VERY tight budget. It wouldn’t have been possible to make use of their great product if the CEO Alonso didn’t help us with the ‘workarounds’ for the requirements that we had.
