The clipping itself is actually pretty decent and it does make good suggestions. If you’re looking for certain clips to go viral or anything similar. The one massive issue I have is with the free version after three days. It completely deletes any saved progress you had and even upgrading to the pro version doesn’t revitalise those projects

This is my go-to for turning long-form content into reusable, engaging outreach messages about our offerings, and it reduces the number of additional tools I need to build content at scale.

Cannot reach support. Paying customer for years. Their chat bugged and I've been left on unread for 4 days after their backend caused an invoicing bug.

It saves us a lot of time editing our clips and is simpler to use than premiere pro.

16 emails to cancel and they're still trying to charge me Signed up Aug 19, used it maybe one day. Sep 19 I emailed billing asking them to cancel and stop charging me. Since then I've sent 16 emails.. and they've tried to charge my card 6 more times. Most recent one was tonight. Most replies come from their AI support bot. It kept "merging" my emails into a ticket I've never seen and asking me to reply "Yes" to confirm, which I'd already done. Then someone from their team told me I had to cancel it myself, and I can't even log in. Then they wanted a signed authorization form. A full week of this just to stop a subscription I barely used.
