Every person I spoke to were very helpful and mindful of what I wanted and trying to achieve and resolve.

The only problem that I had was that my appointment was for 3:25 PM and by 4 o’clock no one had come into the video chat room. I had to call support services and they quickly helped me find a provider that could pop on with me and get it done. So the problem-solving was great but the waiting for the first 35 minutes was not so great.

Excellent provider-patient communication. Patient felt very comfortable in the virtual visit. Well heard and educated.

Remedy is far superior to my prior experience with Ro. The cost is half as much and you actually get something for your money - a real visit with a real person.

Being able to video chat with a real human & get questions/concerns answered made me feel comfortable in the company, the product & that I was a valued customer. Communication thereafter, in regards to my RX being shipped, was clear and accurate. My shipment arrived fast & included everything needed. A pamphlet with information about the pharmacy was very impressive & was the icing on the cake for me in knowing I chose the right company to continue my weight loss journey with! Highly recommend!!!
