Great support and Guidance
I have been guided the whole time through this experience in the program. If I had a question it was responded to quickly. On line sessions were provided as needed. I hit a plateau for about 2 weeks but waited it out and the scale is declining once more to my joy! I am happy with my current 24 pound weight loss …. a journey I started the beginning of March 2025 - June 2025. It has been a life changer!

The nurse practitioner whom I just had a visit with (I'm sorry, I forgot her name) was exceptional! Very kind, caring and interested in my experience so far!
