Founded in 2010 as a philanthropic online market research panel, Op4G invites its panel members to participate in paid online research surveys, and then requires they donate a portion of their incentives - at least 25% and up to 100% - back to one of its 300+ non-profit organizations. Op4G’s unique approach to recruiting yields a highly engaged group of quality people who, as respondents, are dedicated to helping market research clients fulfill information needs. Since beginning client delivery in June 2011 clients' incentive funds have allowed panel members to donate over $449,000 to Op4G’s growing number of non-profit partners. Panel member trust is key to quality data. Each element of Op4G is designed to fiercely protect Members' privacy. Every activity is opt-in, every survey participant is anonymous, and every member is in full control of their secure information. Op4g is headquartered in Portsmouth, NH and operates globally. To learn more about our client services or how to begin a partnership that benefits your charity, please contact support(at)Op4G(dot)com or visit http://www.Op4G.com

This organization does a lot of good in the community, conducts research and pays a fair price for it. Highly recommended for many reasons.

As a white, over 60/65 female I get ‘let go’ from many surveys. Sometimes there is an Error 404 message.

Hi Rebecca, Thanks for leaving us a review. We value you as a panelist. While most of our surveys are geared towards currently employed individuals, we do have general consumer studies for which a retired/semi-retired individual may qualify. Granted, this is not the bulk of our work, but we do offer such opportunities. I'm sorry your experience hasn't been better. Please let me know how we can improve. Feel free to email me personally at [email protected]. Best wishes and stay safe, Ryan

Opinions For Good I am a satisfied member of the Opinions 4 Good panel. I am happy to support one of my favorite charities--Canines For Independence--while also increasing my PayPal account balance. Thank you.

Hi Victoria, Thank you so much for leaving us a review. We love that you support a nonprofit and earn a little cash for yourself. That's our model (as a side note, we are all lovers of dogs, pretty much across the company)! Thanks for being our panelist and thanks for helping out the cause you love. Best wishes and hope you're staying safe, Ryan

Great site and good mix of surveys, I just wish that surveys arrived much more often.
Response from Opinions 4 Good· May 8, 2020
Hi Bev, Thanks for reaching out with a review. We understand that not all panelists are issued our average of 10-15 surveys a week based on their answers to the demographic questions upon signing up. Hopefully we will be able to deliver more surveys to your inbox soon! Thanks for your patience and for sharing your insights with us. Best, Ryan

Response from Opinions 4 Good· May 8, 2020
Hi Bonny, Thanks for taking a minute to leave a review on Trustpilot for Opinions4Good. We apologize for the month-long delay in payments but we strive to give our clients the best data possible while curtailing any possibility of fraud. To this effect, we don't pay out as quickly as some other survey companies but we try to reward our panelists with better incentives for their participation. We're looking into other payment options at the moment but we appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a lovely day and thanks for being our panelist! Best wishes, Ryan

Money for surveys and donations for non-profits are great. But there is zero transparency. The "Completed Surveys" tab does not reflect whether or not your data is in review or pending credit yet. Apparently, some surveys are rejected by the client as well, but you'd never know it.
Response from Opinions 4 Good· May 8, 2020
Hi PK, Thanks for leaving us your honest feedback. We understand that it can be frustrating not knowing the status of your completed survey attempt. To that effect, we are implementing an update soon that will clarify the status and assign it a category: "Accepted," "Pending," or "Rejected." This hopefully should clear up any confusion about survey statuses. In general, we do not personally (unless it is a full service project) validate individual responses--this is up to the client. They review the data and let us know which unique responses were accepted. Then we can in turn credit our panelists. We don't get credited for rejected data. Please stay tuned. It's panelists like you that keep our panel awesome and provide the valuable insights that make Opinions4Good a great market research company. Best wishes and hope you're staying safe! -Ryan
