OnPay is Awesome! We are a small business and using OnPay for our payroll needs has been an awesome experience from start to maintaining. They are very affordable, have great customer help when questions arise, and their system is very user friendly. Very highly recommend OnPay for your payroll needs.

I've been using OnPay for a few years now and what I love best about them is that they don't just bring you in on special pricing and then keep raising your fees like the other companies do. They offer very fair pricing and they don't "nickel and dime" you for end of year reports etc. Trust me, I've tried all the payroll companies and nobody compares to OnPay! Give them a shot and they'll be your last payroll company, end of story!

OnPay is super easy to use and has great technology. They have a great support team, integrate with my 401(k) provider (Guideline), and make my payroll life easy so that I can focus on running my business. I highly recommend!

OnPay saves me again! The chat function at OnPay helps me get payroll right. With the crazy new rules around FFCRA, things didn't work the way I expected. OnPay was there to help me get everything sorted out before submitting payroll, avoiding costly mistakes. They are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

OnPay is excellent to work with! Their support team is wonderful, quick and knowledgeable and they go above and beyond, I feel like a truly valued client. Great pricing, easy portal to navigate. I switched to OnPay from another provider and am very happy with them and glad that I did.

I have used OnPay since 2017 and it's been one of my best business decisions to date. Everyone at OnPay is incredible. Their chat feature is available whenever I need it (during normal business hours) and every time I have a question or issue someone is there to help me walk through the problem and get it fixed real time whether it's a payroll problem or question about integration with my QuickBooks. They have always been ready to help me get my issues resolved. Running payroll is a breeze and importing it into Quickbooks is even easier. All the tax and payroll reports I could possibly need are at my fingertips. They have a fantastic team of people always ready to help me and the service is simple to use.+
