The positive reviews here are clearly bogus to try and improve the score. The items are fake, shipped from the US and if you want to return you have to do so at your own expense. It’s a complete scam. Customer service just reply with pre-scripted answers about how fresh their produce is?? As a market place for brands you’re not ‘sourcing fresh produce’ Ripped off and out of pocket - avoid at all costs

The freshness of the ingredients really stood out. It feels like it just came from a lab. I trusted its authenticity from the start. Support was attentive and patient, answering all my questions with care. Everything came packaged perfectly and the overall experience left me feeling confident about the quality.

Ordered Obaji No 3. It’s not authentic. Stay away from this company. They allure you with a cost effective price and the product does not work !

I tried a high-end serum that felt rich, creamy, and potent, just as you'd expect for such a premium investment. The texture is fresh, lightweight, and it absorbed beautifully. Customer support walked me through choosing the right formula. Packaging was protective and delivery was swift.

The exfoliating cleanser feels clean and brightening on skin. The scent is soft, not overpowering. Customer care responded to my routine question immediately. The package arrived quickly, intact. A confident, dependable experience in every detail.

Placed the order but never received it. This company uses Evri which says the parcel was delivered. Picture provided shows a parcel outside a door with a sign that clearly says, "DO NOT LEAVE PARCELS HERE". Company refuses to accept responsibility as they said it was delivered somewhere and now I must try to find it. According to consumer law, the responsibility is with the seller. I'm the one who is £100 out of pocket! DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE!
