Consistent quality of labels for self printing. I also like ordering them printed for me.

Me too. Matt, you not helping! I've been your customer for long time. Once I find some other suppliers, I'll move on.

I called this morning to get help with my label printing. The phone operator IVAIS and MATT was of zero help. I asked to speak to a supervisor but IVAIS did not let me speak to a supervisor. Instead he came across rude with a negative attitude. The arrogant MATT said he is working for 4 years so I cannot bypass him and reach out to their corporate office. It is strange to see this company hires these kind of material to provide customer service. Needless to say, it is uncomfortable to call their customer service number after such blunt disregard.

I ordered labels 26/09 and still nothing delivered by 03/09 (over a week later) Order Number: 50167154 I think its a bit cheeky as these labels are certainly not cheap Had i known it would take this long I would have gone elsewhere. Pretty bad service considering Im a loyal customer having spent £100s with these guys

Hi Simran, Our promise was your item will be shipped within 5-7 business days. We have your labels ready to ship today which is within our advised ship date. The reason for that delay was one of your items was out of stock when you ordered.

Hi Magnus, It seems like you ordered from Onlinelabels.com. This is our American site. This explains the delay in your order due to customs and transit times. I understand our colleagues in America have been in contact with you to resolve any outstanding issues. We apologise for this confusion. In the future if you'd like to shop with us again our UK/EU site is - uk.onlinelabels.com
