Citi is not bad but waiting time and transferring the call etc takes time but they r eager to help solve issues with unauthorized transactions.

My experience with Citi is based exclusively on using their 2% back credit card. And it's actually been really good. Even my experience with disputing charges has been really good. But... I just disputed a charge, and indicated that I have proof of the merchant's cancellation policy. They asked me to send it in - by fax or U.S. Mail! Is this 1995 or 2025?

Good for business banking. I use them to operate my business account. There is branch up the street from me about 15 minutes. So, in the rare occasion I need to go in it's fairly handy. They don't have as many branches as B of A or WF but seem to have better business services. Just my opinion.
