Fast shipping, one box out out of 50 was damaged by the carrier. Onflooring said they would replace the box or provide me with a refund. I opted for the refund. Would definitely do business with them again.

Sales person was friendly helpful and the price of the vinyl flooring was extremely competitive. I live in New York and shop around and this was by far the best price. The flooring was shipped extremely fast and was packaged very well on the pallet. I would buy from them again in the future, not to mention we love our floor choice.

Placed my first order based on product availability and price. After waiting a couple weeks and not receiving the item, I emailed to confirm it had been shipped. I got a prompt reply letting me know it had shipped USPS Priority Mail and must have gotten lost in transit, so I was given the option to replace the order or get a refund. Nice to be given the option. I asked to have it replaced, and then very promptly received an email confirming it shipped and that they added tracking and provided me with a tracking number. They did this without me asking, which I really appreciated. The customer service I received to resolve the problem was outstanding!
