Joshua has planned an amazing itinerary for Thailand for us! He’s knowledgeable and patient. He responds quick and has worked within our budget. Anything I’ve asked for, he’s incorporated into our itinerary

Worked with Michael again here for a winter trip next year. He was very accommodating and was very attentive to requests and responded extremely quickly which is really nice. There was never any waiting for a response. He was very eager to find new things to do. Just needed to give him some details and he was off to the races!

I’d like to sincerely commend on travel agent Micheal for his outstanding work and remarkable patience throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand every detail, answered all questions calmly and thoroughly, and handled each request with care and professionalism. His dedication made the experience smooth and stress-free, and his supportive attitude truly stood out is well commendable. An excellent example of customer service done right.

I worked with Micheal he has been very helpful. I an not very skilled on a computer. He was patient with me and provided options for printing when I had some technical issues.

DO NOT USE THIS agency! In planning my families dream vacation to Iceland, I unfortunately came down with Covid and provided proper medical documentation to the agency with good faith that they would pass it along to the airlines so to we could be eligible for a credit or reschedule. The representatives at the agency LIED and communicated that they had done that and the airline would not credit, rebook. When I personally called the airlines myself, they said no one from agency had contacted them ( at all) nor had anyone from the agency provided airline with my medical documentation. So, I am OUT 5OOO plus dollars and the company has yet to re-compensate me. We lost our money, our dream and faith in this agency. When I delved deeper, I found that they throw their work to third party suppliers in Indian, it’s very difficult to reach them by phone when their is a crisis and exaggerate the costs to make their money. When I asked multiple times for a breakdown of costs, I never received nor have received any transparency. They look good on the surface, beware you are dealing with very dishonest brokers. I’ve currently started a claim with Wyoming consumer bureau of protection to report their fraudulent behaviors ( they say they are located in Wyoming but my communication was all with India )…. So no other vulnerable family gets taken advantage of on such a large scale.

We are sincerely sorry to hear about your family's situation and understand how disappointing it must be when travel plans are unexpectedly disrupted. Regarding your cancellation, we followed all proper procedures and contacted the relevant suppliers with the documentation you provided. However, it's important to note that you informed us of the need to cancel only four days prior to your departure date. At this extremely late stage, the vast majority of travel suppliers—including airlines, hotels, and tour operators—have already passed their cancellation and change deadlines, enforcing strict non-refundable policies regardless of the circumstances. This is a standard industry practice designed to protect both suppliers and travelers from last-minute disruptions. We recognize this is not the outcome you hoped for, and we genuinely wish we could have facilitated a different resolution. We encourage all travelers to consider comprehensive travel insurance for unforeseen situations, as this provides the best protection when plans must change unexpectedly. We value every customer and strive to provide transparent, professional service. We're here to assist with any future travel needs. One World Travels US Team
