Our experience with One Reverse Mortgage was great! Ron Grollmus was a lifesaver in helping ease our reservations about reverse mortgages. He explained everything to us and cleared up all of our questions. Everything he told us was just how everything happened. He stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process, keeping us informed constantly so we were always aware of what was happening and how things were going. Everyone that we dealt with was well informed, courteous, and friendly. We will certainly recommend this company for their mortgage needs! We appreciate their patience and help for everything!

Too much paper work. Forms coming in the mail that are computer generated and not necessary and require a telephone call to be told that they are not necessary. The total service I received and the people I talked to were very efficient and helpful. They explained everything to my satisfaction. My biggest complaint would be that it takes too long to close the loan. Thank you for this opportunity.
