My loan officer was Mrs. Jennifer Farley. she was very professional. All my many questions were answered. If I owned a business, I would want Mrs Farley to work there. Two thumbs up.

I am so pleased with One Reverse Mortgage. I had the good fortune to have Jalal as my loan officer. He is simply the greatest. I am very impressed with the efficiency and courtesy of the whole team. Initially, I received a quote from another company and out of feeling obligated, I chose to go with them because I had contacted them first. Even when I did so, both Jalal and Rob tried for the business again and couldn't have been nicer. Early on, the other company began to backpeddle on a previous agreement, so I called Jalal and asked to go with him instead. I am so glad I did. He has done everything possible to treat me the best possible.

Absolutely awesome ! This was a process to go through but we cannot say enough good about Michael O'Leary & Jonathan Lagade at ORM and the service they provided us. We were hand held through the process and they both stayed in touch providing us with updates continually. They are both awesome and I would certainly recommend ORM to anyone who is considering this. It is certainly something that can assist senior citizens who have mortgages but wish to live a little and enjoy life while they can.
