When choosing a lender, it’s important to work with the best! Founded in 2001, our company has grown to become the largest retail reverse mortgage lender in America*.It’s also important to work with a lender that has credentials. One Reverse Mortgage is approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and our loan program is insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). Companies approved by both the FHA and HUD must follow strict guidelines that help protect consumers. We also have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are a member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA).BlogAbout UsWhere We LendContact Us

From my he moment I called I felt like I was in good hands. Quicken loans didn’t allow me this year to pay my Escrow balance all at once ( which I had done previously) being unemployed and soon to be 62. I asked if they did the reverse mortgage. I was connected with Greg, who was very professional. We talked a few brief moments and within 30 days the loan was approved. Thanks for all you do and with quickness
