The broker assigned to me was most helpful and forthcoming with information, and in responding to questions. There were some questions/reservations that I had, and they were ultimately resolved by the assigned broker. I would recommend One Reverse to others.

I have been working with other banks since the death of my husband in 2012. I have never had to do anything alone and was scared to make the wrong choice. I had to follow my gut (so to speak) and when speaking with Cory and Eric I always felt at ease and know I was getting trustworthy honest answers to all my questions. This process was stressful (only because I made it that way myself) and could not believe after so many failures that someone finally listened to me. It was painless and really not stressful at all. I am still in aww over this whole team and can now retire and not be so worried and afraid of what the future holds. Thank you One Reverse Mortgage. Most importantly I will never have to deal with Bank of America ever again! Most unethical and discriminating bunch of people I have ever had to deal with.

The employees of One Reverse Mortgage, LLC were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable of there positions. I especially want to mention and thank Mary Vellmure, Claudia Acuna and Kayla (can't remember her last name). I spent the majority of the time with Mary Vellmure whom was the one person that convinced me with her knowledge and personality, that a reverse Mortgage was something I should really consider. I will also pass this information on to a couple of my friends as I believe they will find a Reverse Mortgage very interesting and possibly a solution to there current situation. Neil Apolzan is the greatest. he explained everything in detail so I was able to make my decision without reservations. Neil kept in touch with me all the thru the process of the loan.
