When choosing a lender, it’s important to work with the best! Founded in 2001, our company has grown to become the largest retail reverse mortgage lender in America*.It’s also important to work with a lender that has credentials. One Reverse Mortgage is approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and our loan program is insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). Companies approved by both the FHA and HUD must follow strict guidelines that help protect consumers. We also have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are a member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA).BlogAbout UsWhere We LendContact Us

Karl Kakaley is our assigned banker. He has been AWESOME !!!! From the first time we talked, to the closing, our loan application and every question we had for Karl was answered completely and to our satisfaction. We could not have been happier with Karl and the results were smooth and complete !!! The others that we worked with such as Claudia and Abby and others in Calif were great and helpful as well. We also want to thank Stephanie Benson who works for Quicken Loans and made the recommendation that we contact One Reverse Mortgage for our needs. Again, thank you Karl for the awesome job and thanks again to Stephanie for putting us on the right track. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trevor explained the process from beginning to end. He was always available to answer our questions and make sure we had an accurate understanding each step of the way. He promptly followed up to make sure we had received the necessary documents and to make sure we didn’t have any questions.
