Michelle was a great help!! She walked both my wife and I through the Zelle setup so that our access is separate, which was extremely helpful. She also directed us to a set up for a new Propel account to gain a better yield that what we are currently earning with the high yield money market account. Setting up the different aspects of online banking accurately can sometimes be quite frustrating. Especially when you have false stops and starts, and you’re using an antiquated computer that seems to have a mind of its own as to what it will or won’t provide if it’s able to complete the task. Well, I found myself in this situation, on more than one occasion but fortunately I called my One Az Credit Union, and reached Amanda Bailey, a friendly, courteous young lady who walked me thru the process. From start to finish, she wanted to make sure everything was okay and all my questions were answered. I realized by her patience and pleasantness, knowledge and professionalism that Amanda is an excellent customer service rep. And when she first answered the phone, though I could not see her, I knew she was smiling. Because she enjoys helping people. In essence, she loves what she does. And One Az is fortunate to have her.

Oytip had so much patience. She took her time and was very pleasant to speak with. My call was at least 20 minutes long. She took her valuable time that was needed to solve my issue and she did just that. Thank you Oytip for being great customer service. I value people like you.

Each representative always a pleasure to work with, especially in a pinch when attention and diligence is needed most. Michelle, an online support agent I've worked with several times in the past, was able to help out with some timely banking and deposit issues, with pleasant and personal efficiency. I can confidently recommend any branch for a respectable and professional service experience. Something often failing in many of the carelessly engorged corporate banks of this time.
