While the lady was very polite and seemed knowledgeable, her accent was extremely difficult for me to understand. I am hard of hearing, and almost all accents are difficult for me to understand. You need to have an alternate way for us hard of hearing to talk to someone who speaks almost perfect English.

Terrible customer service experience. No reply back on outcome regarding claim from subcontractor. Have spoken to four agents and sent multiple e-mails, including letter to the President of the Company, with no response. I have to call them repeatedly as they do not get proactively return my outreach. Issue brought to Pivotal's attention on April 18th. No one has followed up regarding progress status of my issue. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
