Omegasonics’ ultrasonic cleaning technology is created by generators that produce high frequency electricity. This electricity is then converted into sounds waves through a transducer, which makes these waves vibrate. As the waves travel through water, tiny vacuum bubbles form and repeatedly implode upon any surface they encounter, removing even microscopic dirt particles. These cavitation bubbles reach and clean grooves, cracks and hidden crevices more effectively than alternative methods.Ultrasonic cleaning technology does not require toxic chemicals or hands-on work, and Omegasonics units use only water-based solutions.

I love my Omegasonic Working with Omegasonic was easy and their product was just what we needed. My only complaint is the owner manual. There is just enough information in it to not be enough. There was nothing about how to drain the unit, and it did not talk about the use of the circulation pump. Overall I am glad that we made this purchase

The ultrasonic cleaner was unpacked and we discovered one of the four (4) plastic feet was broken. We fabricated a replacement and installed same. In addition the corner of the outer stainless steel cabinet was damaged. We straightened the sheet metal. I suggest using an over pack when shipping this type of product. The unit functions and has been in use for ~ 1 month. Our previous unit worked for thirteen (13) years without a major issue. We replaced our older unit as the average life is indicated to be ten (10) years.

Excellent customer service! David Towne really took care of us during the whole purchase process of an Ultrasonic Cleaner from Omegasonics. His quick response to our phone calls and emails helped guide us in making a decision. He is knowledgeable about the product and has a no pressure attitude, which is hard to find now a days. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of product and believe that your experience will be as good as ours!
