I found this company online. They had a pair of slacks I was looking for. When they arrived, they were even better than anticipated. The fabric was soft and of good quality. The color perfect. And they were even having "customer appreciation week" and send an extra pair. Wonderful!

So excited to see that my stove arrived as scheduled two days before my trip (especially since I just returned a defective stove two weeks ago - different supplier), only to find out that a critical piece was missing. After opening up the package, the plunger falls out of the pump....because the seal attachment is missing...major fail. No way to even limp this thing along without a functional pump. After checking, it also appears that the QA # falls within the range that was recalled. Now I am scrambling to not only find a local replacement, but also ship this thing back before I leave for three weeks...unhappy camper.

Mindy, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I noticed you talked with Bennett in customer service/warranty and he was able to get you a pre-paid return label. We'll take care of the missing parts and/or any repair that needs to happen. The reason I'm a little late in getting back to you is because I contacted the stove recall department to make sure that our stoves didn't have an active recall on them. From the information they provided, and by checking all the stoves we still have in stock, I can assure you that the stoves we have been factory repaired, despite having a QA number that falls under the recall. If you wanted to have us replace the stove we can have it shipped overnight to you where it will arrive in time for your trip (it will also provide you with a box for returning the one with missing parts). Just give our customer service team another call and we'll work it out.
