I really appreciated the way I was…
I really appreciated the way I was guided through the process. The agent who assisted me was kind, respectful, and very clear in her explanations. She provided detailed information and answered all my questions. The way she guided me gave me the confidence to move forward and sign up for the course. Thank you.

One of the worst classes I've taken
One of the worst classes I've taken. Questions were confusing and misleading. I am trying to learn and become better, and this feels like they asked a chat bot to write and "teach" the material. Very disappointing.

I'm sorry to hear you didn't like the course. Our instructors rarely get complaints about any of our CE courses. All of the feedback in the course you are working on shows good to excellent.
