Easy, fast and reliable however, had I known the the Universal Orlando tickets were just printed and not hard tickets (plastic) I would have printed them at home instead of having them mailed. Might want to let people know that.

I was ordering 16 Disney tickets. because of an error on my end, the order went in as 1 day park hopper and a single day ticket instead of a 2 day park hopper. Maggie Negren was polite and most helpful in getting this whole situation straightened out. She could not have been more helpful, and did it without making me feel like I was bothering her. She was wonderful!!!!!!

They were so easy to deal with!I was a little skeptical but I called their office and Irene answered. She was so pateint and kind, answering any and all of my questions. We saved almost $1,000 between Disney and Universal so we added a dinner show!
