I had to send an email because my application took two days but as soon as I emailed them I got my authorization it took 5 minutes! Also the staff is super nice and very helpful!

My experience in getting the eTA online for my mother to be able to travel to Canada from Mexico was very easy and fast. I appreciate Jayne's help and support after the application as an email address needed to be changed. Jayne was very helpful and kind. Overall a wonderful experience.

It is not easy trying to find the right site for the Validity of an eTA and even more difficult when you don't have the Conformation number. After 2 hours I filled out a form and when I got to the end it asked me to pay, so i closed it off. In no time i had an email from Canada telling me i hadn't completed the application, this actually surprised me. I wrote back explaining my situation, and to my surprise I got another email back informing me that without that confirmation number i wouldn't be able to find out the validity of my eTA. After writing back to Jayne to thank her for her great customer service and efficiency in responding and that my only hope was my travel agent who booked the holiday in 2017, that she had kept a copy of my eTA. Jayne replied thanking me and wishing me well. All this took place at 0045 hours here in Australia and 0645 hrs in Canada. I was blown away with the great service at that hour from the other side of the world and to get someone as nice as Jayne. Well done Jayne.

It is a scam. the ETA works, but you pay 10 times the original price.
