OfficecraveReviews of officecrave.com

Total scam!!! Stole credit card info to order $1400.00 in merchandise. Never heard of the store( I'm in MN) didnt know what the merchandise was. Any messages to them were returned, the phone number doesn't work and the BBBsays there is no such business!!! Filed a police report, still waiting for a refund, NEVER TRY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, SHAME ON THEM!!

Believe the negative reviews—this company operates like a credit card scam. I placed an order for an office desk and immediately received an odd "verification email," matching what many other reviewers have reported. After calling their number repeatedly over multiple days, I finally reached a representative who interrogated me with bizarre questions: why I purchased the desk, what it would be used for, how I paid, my credit card details, and why I was having it shipped to my home address. She claimed she would forward my details to the warehouse to release the shipment. A week passed with zero shipping confirmation. After calling for several more days, I reached the same rude representative, who said she would "look into it." Later that day, I checked the website only to find my order had been canceled with no explanation. Subsequent calls went unanswered with no option to leave a voicemail. Due to the invasive questioning, lack of communication, and suspicious handling of my payment information, I have filed reports with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) and the Miami-Dade Consumer Protection Division. Save yourself the headache and avoid this business.

They have not responded. Order has not been processed. It looks like a scam.

I used officecrave.com for B2B purchases. At first they seemed like a good company. Then our shipments started missing items. OfficeCrave repeatedly responded with proof of deliveries from other shipments and claim it was for the missing items. They used delay tactics to run up the clock on my chance to dispute the charge on my card. The moment you have aproblem with them, file a charge dispute. This company is very shady

First time placing an order for 3 KVM cables on Apr 6 and never received any updates on shipping until I emailed for an update on Apr 17. Customer service replied back the order will be in stock on Apr 23. I waited until April 29, again no updates on shipping, so I asked to cancel the order and customer service responded cancellation request has been submitted, up until today my order status still showing processing and no refund issued. Filed claim with credit card company. Never again, can't even handle a proper order cancellation.

Ordered over $700 worth of items and half of them were not in the shipment yet other items that we not ordered were included. Beware that you only have 10 days to report ANY discrepancies or they absolutely WILL NOT help you. They expect you to open the box when delivered on the dock and look through it all before it is signed for. Unfortunately when you receive several boxes, that is not possible. Emailed customer service for 2 weeks before I was able to talk to an actual person. Officecrave DOES NOT CARE your circumstance, after 10 days you are out of luck! Will never order from them again!

Office chair never shipped. No email confirmation, no tracking, can't call them. I got a chargeback thankfully, but I'm still monitoring to make sure they don't reverse it. Total scam.

First time using Office Crave and will be my last time. I purchased two thermometers on 12/12/2025 and didn't receive them until 1/14/2026. I purchased them because they were advertised as "Made in USA". When I received it, it was labeled "Made in China". I would not have purchased them if I knew that. Now I am returning them which is a hassle for me.
