Great deal on the bulk pack but we already experienced a new sensor dead out of the box. Hopefully no more defective ones left. Each bad part makes the costs higher per unit. Will still buy again when I need them in the future.

I ordered and received the DS808K. But the item showed up damaged with adapters missing. The company will not respond to my emails now and won't give me my money back. This company is a rip off DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I am having an awful buying experience with them. After asking specifically if they had the Autel Evo 2 in stock and ready to ship, they confirmed and I ordered via PayPal. Also goes by Diagmart.com who then extorted more for shipping and took another month before item was in the US. They promised me a free extra battery but now don’t respond to my emails.

Price, product, and delivery, exactly as advertised. Good contact with company when I needed some clarification about my payment method. Highly recommend dealing with this company if you are in the market for an Autel product online.
