There was an issue with the products I’d ordered. However, upon emailing Oakley’s customer service, I was contacted shortly thereafter. Once a customer service representative responded back, and apologized for the inconvenience. The issue was immediately resolved. As a consumer you can’t ask for anything more of a Company. It’s one of the reasons I prefer to shop with Companies like Oakley because I know when I purchase an item(s) from them that it’s products are of quality, value and should you have an issue with the purchase, you can trust that Oakley and those that represent the Company will stand by it’s products.

Great products at a great price

Picked these up less than a month ago, and up until today was completely satisfied with the purchase. The lenses are excellent, and the frames have been comfortable to wear all day. However, today I put them on and noticed some wiggle in the right temple. Looking closer, I couldn't believe the frames are attached to the lenses by a clear plastic wire that loops under the lens from the end piece to the bridge. And it's loose! My previous half-frame glasses were mounted directly to the lens by screws drilled in! For this price, that is an unacceptably poor means of attachment that has already given out.
