This company knows what customer service is. Like many others have said , they get back to you quickly when you have a question or change of plans. Their website is easy to manoeuvre when setting up your auto shipping. Also the product is excellent.

I regularly order NuJoint and NuVet for my almost 2 year old yellow Lab . I’ve found that the website has been finicky always and this time around I was charged twice and sent two orders which I didn’t really want. Customer service gave me a choice of a 50% refund and keep the second order, or a full return of that order at my shipping expense. I chose the refund, win/win I suppose since I don’t have to order again for a long time and I got a “discounted “ price on the second order. But wow, fix the glitch already..

Did not receive package. Sent to wrong town.
