Neon Underground ApparelReviews of nuapparelus.com

Absolutely amazing. Love it...all of it.

Very comfortable clothes and customer service very much willing to answer any questions and they are nice and on time.

Best customer service ever, the owners are so friendly and helpful!

Shipping took a bit longer than expected but that's no problem at all. I really loved the packaging the shirts came in. The shirts are really well made high quality. I like the material. It is a bit thin but I can wear a cami under and it's no problem. The design is so cool. I really like that the ethics standards and scores for all of the international distributors are available to view. I was concerned when my shirts shipped from China unexpectedly but was able to find that they work with an ethical distributor and see those documents for myself. Neon Underground also took care of an issue with my order very quickly and provided me with a partial refund for the trouble which was very nice and I am very impressed with their response to customer issues. All in all I am very pleased with my order and will purchase more clothes in the future. Sincerely- Cait H.
