Chris, Thanks for another review on the same order. I had sent you a reply after the first one, but maybe you didn't see it. Here is the response that I sent you on your first review: Chris, I'm sorry that you are unhappy with our service. With all of the shortages and supply issues that are going on right now, we, unfortunately, sometimes have to ship products from other warehouses besides our own. These tires had to be shipped from the Interco warehouse instead of ours and unfortunately, when we ship from other warehouses, we have no control of the situation and are at their mercy regarding ship times and tracking information. I see that you sent us messages through our after hours chat line on both April 30 and May 3rd. We responded to both of those when we got back to the office but received no reply. I also see that you chatted with one of our salesmen on May 3rd and were told that we we update you on the tracking as soon as we recieved it. I see that you recieved your tires on May 5th. Once again, sorry for the issues and we apologize for the inconvenience.
