Exelent service good delivery.

Had to call for missing items to be sent. Operator was very helpful.

These underpads I ordered are wonderful and really work .

My only complaint is I cannot find extra-large gloves in a store so I must order them on line and even though you have the gloves reasonably priced the cost of shipping and handling was more than the cost of the gloves themselves.

Ordering from Northshore is a wonderful experience from start to finish. The company is extremely professional and I am ready to track my order in about a day or two. No complaints!

Product is perfect for our use. Ordering online is very easy and delivery is quick. Have not needed to contact customer service. Only recommendation for product is that tape tabs should be able to be more easily reattached- the plastic exterior tears if tapes need adjustment. Can't comment on price. I have not done a lot of comparison
