Run away. Worst decision I ever made was opening an account here. Tried to send a wire for escrow funds for a real estate transaction to a title company and they rejected it because it didn't have the word escrow in the description (the bank, not the title company) despite having the contract number, etc. Their delay meant it missed the cutoff window, pushing it to the next day. Then they rejected an ACH deposit into the account, claiming there was a name mismatch, however the originating bank was able to prove the name used matched what NorthOne required, meaning NorthOne was mis-identifying the name and calling it a mismatch (strangely, ONE ACH deposit worked, the next failed, despite both being the exact same details on different dates). Having a business checking account with a bank you can't reliably send or receive funds in is a bad, bad idea. They're definitely not set up to provide business-level support and seem more apt for savings accounts, not acutal, usable checking.
