Virginia, We sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction with our services. Upon our arrival to execute the service, we noticed additional inventory on-site. You opted to include this extra inventory in the list of goods we were contracted to transport, which resulted in an increase in costs. Please note that we do not accept credit card payments for the total balance of any service we provide. Our payment procedures are thoroughly outlined during the verification process immediately following the scheduling of the job. Our records indicate that these payment protocols were clearly communicated to you. We regret any confusion you may have encountered and would appreciate your feedback on how we can enhance our services in the future. Any potential ancillary fees are clearly explained by our representatives and are detailed in our contract. Our operations align with those of other national moving companies. If we are unable to position our truck within a reasonable distance from your residence, a long carry fee is applied, which is standard in the industry. We did not subcontract your service; rather, we have agents throughout the United States who are connected to us via carrier agreement contracts and are directly employed by us.
