My experience with this company has been nothing but "awesome" Food always gets here on time.My dogs love this food. You always know when the food is coming so you are never without food and have to run out to buy some at the store.Keep up the good work Nom Nom!!

We have seen a HUGE difference in our Frenchies life due to switching to NomNom. However, I was a little surprised (upon reaching out to the company today about a couple of the pouches not being sealed properly) that the customer service rep would advise that I could still feed the food to my dog. As a F&B GM for 17 years, first lesson in food safety is to not consume any products that have been damaged, tampered with or not sealed properly. This is a huge food safety concern. I would professionally suggest not telling your customers to use product that arrives opened/not sealed.

My 14 year old blind and deaf dachshund has really turned around since NomNom. He’s more active, sheds less and his coat is shiny and soft. His skin allergies are almost nonexistent. He loves it and looks forward to mealtime.

I don’t think I will ever turn back after switching to Nom Nom. My dog loves it and the ingredients are great. It’s easy to travel with I even fly with packs and the frozen ones stay cool enough during the flight. My only complaint is the packaging. It creates a mess and sometimes it doesn’t actually peel back. I would love to see a slit at the top they you could tear straight across.

so i ordered from nonnon and was honestly really frightened about the reviews id read, however i had the best experience! the shoes came fast and the customer service team replied fast to my emails. shoes are in amazing condition, came packaged well and got 20% off of my first order. is well worth ignoring the bad reviews

Please continue to give a week in advance of notice that the product will be in production. You guys just started charging my card without letting me know. Where I had plenty of food still in my freezer.

I ordered food for my 2 cats and 1 year old dog. The cats would not touch the food. I tried it cold. Tried warming it. Tried adding tuna. Tried letting them skip a meal. My dog on the other hand ate it and I noticed her coughing a little after eating but wasn't sure it was related to the food and now after several days of eating it she is throwing up. I now have a months worth of frozen food I have to throw out...

I switched from another fresh food service to Nom Nom and have only been disappointed. The trial delivery was late and now my first delivery is also late (will be 5 days late if it actually gets delivered). Customer service is not very well informed and clearly is only capable of reading from a pre-written script. Will be switching back to the former company. Do better Nom Nom.
