I absolutely LOVE the products NOMATIC sells!!! So far we’ve used our carry on bag many times and have even lended it out and it still looks brand new!! The quality is AMAZING and I can fit so much in this bag!! Definitely higher end quality and construction!! Way to go NOMATIC ENGINEERS!!!! I bought a Nomatic bag from another store (not their online store). My bag came without a and upon contacting customer service, the promptly shipped me extra at no cost even though I bought the bag from somewhere else.

First an foremost the travel backpack is really well made and feel like a high quality bag. As a crew member I have tried several bags and the Nomatic travel backpack stand out. I also ordered the vacuum bag which I decided to return. My account was credited a day after I returned the bag. Excellent costumer service.

I first purchased the 40L travel pack for a trip to Mexico after doing a ton of research on which bag to get. After travelling with it many times, the bag is made out of great quality materials, looks nice and very convenient. When I learned about the Navigator series I decided to get the 15L backpack for my wife and the 1L sling for myself. The Navigator series is a really nice collection and the backpack we got is very good quality. I'm super impressed with how it looks and the quality. All the compartments are useful & keeps everything organized. The 1L sling was for me and something I was looking for my everyday use. I had an issue with the zippers. It seemed that on the main compartment the zippers were not closed properly so the tabs kept coming off every time I was opening or closing the main compartment. SUPER frustrating & I was really disappointed. I contacted Nomatic customer service and they were on it right away. They shipped me another 1L sling which for some reason I didn't receive. When I let them know that I hadn't received the shipment they sent out another one no questions asked. I really appreciated this because I didn't have to waste my time explaining everything over again. Instead, they made the process simple and easy. I'm a big fan of Nomatic. The bags are stylish, high quality and useful. If I could be an ambassador I would. The customer service has been incredible.

Always great products that are designed to use space in the most efficient and stylish manner. Great fabric, material use. High quality products. My experience overall has always been solid. To a new user I would definitely recommend 9/10

I backed their Kickstarter campaign for the Navigator Series, chose my reward (with an add-on item), and everything got to me, except for the add-on item, which I knew would be arriving about 2 weeks after everything else due to shipping constraints (thanks, Covid) as previously mentioned in a backer update (via Kickstarter), so no big deal. Several weeks later I realized I still didn't have that one item. I started an online chat via their website, explained the situation, and they're sending me a replacement item. It was very quick and seamless. Crazy fast response with excellent customer support! Super pleased with my experience!
