David Miller was a great help in resolving my issue. I was without internet service for four days. After he spent a day and a half trying to resolve the issue he finally got it! I am very grateful for his time and persistence in fixing this. I would highly recommend him if anyone needs help with their Nomad service.

Ensured my service was reactivated for my next trip and offered me a deal to help me save money with the elite program that was currently on sale. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for months. Every time has led to no success. Sam Fash, helped today and is expediting the return label for me to receive. They’ve been great.

Today was a struggle to figure out why my internet was out!! Final David Miller showed up and became my hero!! Thank you so very!! Much! PS.. it was on my end it didn’t work lol!

David Miller has done awesome job. His people skills i would say are excellent in my opinion. When i start get a little aggravated because someone else started he understood my frustration and said just give me a chance. So right there says it all because I gave him the chance and he stuck with me till it was done. I want to thank him for all he has done.
