Andrew James resolved an incorrect charge to my account quickly and in a very professional and courteous manner. Since September of last year Nomad has eight times (yes, 8!) put charges on my card that were not authorized, leading to the credit card company having to rectify and get it refunded. Thank you Mr James.

Horrendous company to deal with. You cannot get anyone for assistance. I have been requesting a refund since December 2024 and to this day still have not received it, even they sent me an email stating it was on its way. I have about 18 emails that I have sent. No personal connection to even get a person to respond. All I want is my $99! DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
