I have been trying to track my package and keep getting it was delivered two hours ago. whats going on with this app and where can i get imformation about my order?

First, I messed up my order by not following the directions to get a free gift with my order. Marie took care of that kindly and promptly. Then because my travel plans changed I had to request that the package be re-routed. Again, this was handled in a kind, courteous, and professional manner. A fine way of doing business. I would recommend Nomad to anyone.

I ordered the card wallet. From day one my credit card keeps falling off the wallet. Nomad is asking me to pay to return the wallet back and they state they do not provide return labels for outside the US. Completely unacceptable. Would not recommend. Stay away from them
