I ordered a gift card, but couldn’t find it in the email. Mark quickly resent it to me to pass on as a gift. This is the one gift I know my son appreciates. It is a can’t miss. Thanks to Mark. This is a great company.

Ordered some gym shoes for my son's Xmas present in the sale. Checked the tracking app that said they had been delivered. Panicked as I thought it may be a scam. Replied to their confirmation email, so useful rather than having to try and find contact details. Justine replied quickly with full tracking details. Parcel arrived later than expected but that's Royal Mail for you! I cannot compliment Justine's professionalism enough. A lot of companies could do with more Justines :-)

I had an issue with a product and reached out to NOBULL via their chat. Jett responded and quickly resolved the issue with appropriate options. In addition to fantastic products, NOBULL provides best in class customer service. I’m a customer for life!

Exactly two weeks ago I placed and paid for an order. I still have not received the order and there is no sign of it. Nobull has not provided any tracking information (that spot on the order details on their website is blank). Customer service can't give me any information on when I will receive the order or if it has even shipped. They just blamed a "holiday backlog" and said they would escalate the issue to their "tracking department". Again, it's been TWO WEEKS. I'm out my money and still don't know when (or if) I'll receive my order. It's almost 2026. Online retail shouldn't be this awful. It's especially ironic that their business name is "Nobull". Because that's the exact opposite of what I've run into with this order. I'm also puzzled about why Trustpilot currently shows a 4.3 rating for this company and the summary is glowing, when 55% of reviews are negative. Don't order from Nobull unless you're a fan of frustration and poor customer service. I will never order from them again.

The absolute best customer service I’ve had in at least a decade. Christmas coming up- John made my package ( undelivered by USPS ) what could have been a disaster… into a Save. John YOU ARE THE BEDT !! Quick, patient and professional. Merry Christmas to YOU !! Great products as well.
