Had the analog portion of mr New Ripley fail within 1 day of reciept. Called customer service and they swapped out a new one same day! They made a special effort to change out the batteries before sending me the brand new Exchange watch. Outstanding customer service by Lissa M!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Customer Service from Tina at Nixon! I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience! Tina has been incredibly kind, generous and understanding throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt valued and supported, and her warmth and professionalism really made a difference. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and Tina is a real credit to Nixon. I absolutely love my watch and couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service I’ve received. Thank you, Tina, for making the whole experience such a positive one. You’ve made me an even happier Nixon customer!

Der Kontakt war so etwas von freundlich und immer darauf ausgelegt, mein Problem zu lösen. Was auch sehr schnell gelöst wurde. Anschliessend noch Zeit gehabt, über die Vergangenheit von Nixon zu sprechen und auch über die Kleider, Uhren und Rucksäcke. Einer der besten Erfahrung mit eimen Kundenservice, die ich je gehabt habe. Danke für diese expierience Tina!!

My wife bought me a Nixon Time Teller Chrono/Synchronicity for Father's Day 2026. Less than four months later, the clasp pin broke while I was simply putting the watch on. There was no impact, abuse, or unusual force involved; it just failed during normal use. What is most disappointing is that Nixon does not warranty bracelets or clasps. Customer service suggested I pay to ship the watch to them so they could inspect it, and if they decide it's not covered, the repair would cost $85. For a watch that cost nearly $300 and failed after only four months, I don't believe I should be paying for a repair. A clasp should last far longer than that under normal use. In my opinion, this reflects poor durability and disappointing warranty support. I expected better quality and better customer service from the brand.

Se negaron a cancelar un pedido pese a mis rogativas, obraron de mala fe. Para colmo el producto (Base Tide Pro) duró en funcionamiento exactamente dos segundos; tras solo pulsar el botón de la luz, se quedó bloqueado con un pitido continuo y la pantalla apagada. Además tienen tarifa exorbitada de reparación; tan solo cambiar la pila cuesta alrededor de 50€, con una duración de unicamente dos años. Fue un lamentable error por mi parte presuponer que una marca conocida y un reloj caro suponían garantía alguna de nada. Evidentemente es un error que no cometeré dos veces. RESPUESTA A NIXON: Hay errores que no tienen solución, y menos con palabrería. Me niego a intercambiar vacuos correos con quien ha manifestado mala fe desde el segundo uno, al rechazar deliberadamente la cancelación del pedido con malas artes. A mis pruebas me remito; sus productos son defectuosos, su atención al cliente engañosa, y su intento de desacreditarme es la gota que colma el vaso. Como dije en un primer momento, la experiencia con ustedes no ha podido ser peor. Que intenten hacer publicidad de una reseña tan negativa, delata el resto.

I ordered two watches recently: the time teller and Staple, and I absolutely love them. The last one I saw it on the Apex film worn by Cherlize Theron and I wanted it. The quality is as good as expected from Nixon, it feels sturdy, firm and well made. The buttons are fully functional and respond nicely. The customer service is excellent, Tina helped out me with some stickers and rapid response. She’s the best

I’ve been a Nixon fan for years but quality is garbage now. Bought a custom watch for my wife with engraving on it for our 10 year anniversary and when it arrived the second hand was off and floating around. Sent it back which was great and they sent a new one and she wears it once and the number 4 falls off and I reach back out right away and they require I pay for the repair. This was a very meaningful gift. Quality is not what it used to be and won’t ever buy a Nixon again.
